Scan of original image with a crop to remove the outer borders..

Draft 2

Fixed the major water blemish on bottom. Many surface scratches and discoloration. Cleaned up dust and rips in background left on window blinds. Extracted some additional texture and detail in sidewalk to even out continuity of over all image.
