pROJECT: sean cunniam scanning and edits

Negatives are essentially in great condition aside from dust particles and a few minor surface scratches. They do clean up quite nice as the samples above illustrate. The first batch of negatives appear to have a white balance issue. Easily correctable by adjusting your levels there. There is also medium level of grain/noise. That in itself is not an issue and more of a preference as each film stock has its own unique personality. Running a denoise corrects this, or you can just leave it as is. For the samples above I have used a slight denoise just to elevate a little more detail and reduced the grain. The second sheet, has some really nice tone, color and warmth.
